This fully furnished villa provides a comfortable and spacious living area with an open floor plan connecting to a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops, a gas stove, and a dishwasher, all while enjoying ocean views. The large veranda features lounge furniture and a covered outdoor dining area, perfect for taking in the views. A private plunge pool on the patio provides a place to relax while watching sunsets over Playa Hermosa. Both bedrooms have direct access to the veranda and ocean views. Each bedroom includes a king-size bed and custom built-in closet space. The bathrooms are spacious, with a bidet in the guest bath. Additional features include a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. On the ground floor, there is a private one-bedroom, one-bath lockout suite with its own entrance. It includes a small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and air conditioner.
